And I was always struck by her feet. The prettiest feet I ever saw. Quicksilver. High-arched, slim-heeled, perfectly shaped toes.

"To move along the line of natural expectation consolidates the opponent's balance and thus increases his resisting power . . . In most campaigns the dislocation of the enemy's psychological and physical balance has been the vital prelude to a successful attempt at his overthrow."

Corporate Rape of a Virgin Mind.
I've noticed, from personal and observed experience, there seems to a phase in an employee's productivity cycle wherein he starts out with expectations, hopes and dreams of the glory his Company will take him to.
Over time, this fades slowly as he peeks behind the facade and sees a company's actual operational back-end. Jaded dreams and embittered hopes follow.
At this point of time, he becomes complacent. A dronelike state where his interest levels are below zero and his mind has stopped active pursuit of knowledge. This is a stage where he can either take the initiative to propel himself or quit the company.
As in my case, it's usually the employee who decides that "Yes! I'll learn from mistakes I'm forced to commit" and propels himself into learning and raising his interest levels once again.
However, maintaining morale is not possible without personal attention from HR or Mgmt, a task which is almost impossible in companies with 300+ employees.

Wikis on my mind !!!
Hmm..let's see, one brain...multiple minds !!! a collapsing OS framework....how the F*ck am I supposed to get any work done !??
This is what all my rantings about, don't try to define the software, just USE it, get to know it, peek into the code a bit...then move on...hard but only way to properly know enough to make a fair decision..
This is it --
1. http://tikiwiki.org/TikiWiki -- for internal trainer !!!
2. http://sourceforge.net/projects/wiki/ -- minimalist !!!
3. http://quinthar.com/qwikiwiki/ -- another minimalist, less features.

Self-sufficience please!
And get to work

Article Ideas!!!
1. Evolution of computers compared to cellphones. How mobiles will combine everything, from sending emails, browsing web to activating your stereo when you come home. How the manufacturers have made interface intuitive and maintianed consistency.
2. Management Practises from an Employee's Perspective.
3. 'Easability' of Windows over Linux. Based on talks with vinay, the gap between taking the leap from windows to linux. The DOS black and white familiarity sacrificed for Windows v3.11 and then Windows for Workgroups...Why ?
What is drawing users for Linux, besides the hardcore compheads ?
What is microsoft doing to retain and build users ?

As most guys are aware, girls need constant reassurance. here are some dialogues to that affect. repeated atleast once every 2 days will ensure a trouble free relationship and will go a long way to cutting down on the break-up factors.

For the Book. What else ?
The brain was a biological machine.
It could be reprogrammed with the right tools. Chemical cocktails, hallucinogens, methamphetamines, everything was tried. LSD by itself wasn't sufficient.
We needed the blood of a PureBorn. in 1994, we got it.
The men and women involved in the research coveted power which they thought was rightfully theirs. Dr.Craslowe had no delusions of grandeur, as such. He simply wanted to control everyone else who possesed power. Nothing else.

The first facet was Purpose.
It was also the only facet so Purpose had neither meaning nor content.
It simply was. Nothing more. Alone and unknowing.
Purpose then became focus, and focus gave facets form.
Identity crystallized. With it, Purpose metamorphosed into Aim.

Beginning of Novel...
dear moo,
i wish i could tell you the way i feel. lately, my head has been drowning in a hazy fog filled with memories of pain and moments which refuse to be forgotten. it's a beautiful world, now only if unspoken words had meaning.
